Over-reliance on the business development team and influencer marketing highlighted the need for a robust in-house marketing approach, leading to the implementation of SEO to drive sustainable growth and establish a stronger presence in Korea.

To reduce marketing expenses on crypto community ads and KOL collaborations, Bitget focused heavily on building its own channels. As a result, within just three months, the company achieved over 400% traffic growth compared to the previous period and ranked all 10 KPI keywords within the top 5 positions. Although the project was halted due to Korea’s Travel Rule regulations, it delivered remarkable success in a short span of six months.
